Da Fam PRO NXT, also known as the Da Fam Athletic Club, is a dynamic and impactful non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through basketball in the vibrant southwest regions of Texas, including Dallas, Lancaster, DeSoto, and Waxahachie counties. Our mission transcends the game itself; we are committed to instilling core values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline while providing comprehensive training in basketball fundamentals.
As a proud Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) organization, we actively engage in local city leagues and tournaments, creating ample opportunities for our young athletes to shine. We are thrilled to announce our exciting partnership with the renowned sports brand PUMA, which will enhance our program and provide our players with premium resources.
Founded in 2012 by the passionate Head Coach Marcus Brister, Da Fam PRO NXT has become a vital part of our community. Coach Brister, with his impressive coaching credentials and heartfelt dedication to youth development, plays a transformative role in shaping the lives of our student-athletes. He goes above and beyond traditional coaching, serving as a mentor and father figure, offering the emotional support and guidance that empowers our young athletes to flourish both on and off the court.
We firmly believe in inclusivity and teamwork, which is why we provide three distinct teams tailored to various age groups: the Elementary team for grades 3-5, the Black team for middle school grades 6-8, and the Elite team for high school grades 9-12.
We encourage all young athletes with a passion for sports to join us and experience the growth and camaraderie our organization offers. Together, we can achieve remarkable success!

Beyond physical training, we instill essential life lessons in sportsmanship and perseverance that benefit our athletes on and off the court.
The remarkable achievements of our players highlight the effectiveness of our programs. Many students have successfully secured college basketball scholarships, a testament to their talent, dedication, and the comprehensive training they receive. Every participant in our program has been honored to represent their school on the court, contribute to their team's victories, and establish a legacy of athletic excellence within our community.
